What does "single login only" mean for Starter and Pro?

Free, Starter, and Pro accounts are limited to one active session at a time. If you sign in on a second device, you'll be asked to confirm — which signs you out on the first device. Your data is always safe. If you need multiple people working simultaneously, Team is the right plan.
How does Team collaboration work?

The Team plan owner creates a team and invites members by email. Invited members sign up (or sign in if they already have an account) and are automatically added to the team. All team members share the same projects and shot lists — logged shots are visible to everyone on the team. Changes appear when the Team tab is refreshed.
How many members can be on a Team plan?

There's no hard cap on team members — add as many collaborators as your production needs for $199/month flat. Directors, producers, coordinators, everyone on one team.
Can I add more projects to Starter?

Yes — add extra projects for $5/month each from your billing portal. Or upgrade to Pro for unlimited projects at $50/month.
What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is yours. Starter and Pro users can export everything to CSV at any time. Your projects stay in your browser and can be exported before cancelling. Team data can be exported by the team owner from the Team tab.
Can I switch between plans?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your billing portal. Changes take effect immediately. Questions?
